REQUIREMENTS

There are six requirements which must be fulfilled in order for your dog to play at Charm City Dogs.

Your dog must be:

  1. At least six months of age
  2. Able to pass our temperament screening
  3. Spayed or neutered if six months of age or older
  4. Current on all vaccinations
    • Distemper/Parvo Combination (DHLPP) every one or three years
    • Bordatella (kennel cough) every six months
    • Rabies every one or three years
  5. Well-socialized
    • Not toy, space or person possessive
    • Not aggressive
  6. On flea control
    • Frontline TopSpot or Frontline Plus
    • Advantage
    • Revolution

FORMS

You will be required to fill out two forms prior to bringing your dog to daycare. Please print, fill in and bring with you to your dog’s temperament test.
